You can block an IP range here. Surfers with blocked IP's won't have access to your site. Everytime they try to access stt-in.php or stt-out.php, they will be redirected to an URL or a different mainpage or a message will be shown to them and the hit won't be counted in the main stats, but it will be counted as 'blocked in' (when attempting to access stt-in.php) or 'blocked out' (when attempting to access stt-out.php) - these stats are all-time, they aren't for the last 24 hours and they never reset. The referer of this attempt will be logged too, as it could be a cheater. Only a domain of this referer will be shown, click it if you want to view a full refering URL.
